Before submitting your application, be sure you have read the admission requirements of the program you are applying to.

Undergraduate studies (links in French only)

Admission requirements vary depending on your program or concentration within the microprograms and the certificate, DESS, Professional M.Sc. and MBA programs. Please read the program descriptions to learn more about their specific admission requirements.

Step 2 – Submit your application

Before submitting your application, be sure you have all your supporting documents (link in French only).

*Important: If you have not applied online before, you must first create an account. Note: If you are applying to be a special student in order to take courses without pursuing a certificate, diploma or degree, you must enter Undergraduate Special Studies or Master’s Special Studies as your program choice. If the courses you wish to take will be completed online, you must instead fill out a PDF admission form available on the website of the Bureau de la formation à distance (in French only).

Step 3 – Track your admissions status file through Capsule

Follow the steps below to track your admissions status and accept or decline your admission offer:

  • On the authentication page (in French only), enter your applicant identification code (IDUL) and PIN.
  • Click on “Suivi d’une demande d’admission” in the main menu.

Note: If the Registrar’s Office has not contacted you to confirm receipt of your admission application, and you do not have your student identification number (NI) or applicant identification code (IDUL) to sign into Capsule, please contact us to have that information sent to you again.
