Managers without Borders™
Managers without Borders™ supports and facilitates the participation of management students in cooperation and humanitarian assistance projects in developing countries, via long-stay internships. FSA ULaval’s International Development and Humanitarian Action specialization provides a framework that balances study and action.
The program combines academic work with a field internship, organized by Managers without Borders™, a unique organization in North America. The internship allows participants to develop their knowledge, leadership and life skills. It’s an opportunity to gain first-hand experience of the problems involved in managing humanitarian projects: limited resources, uncertain logistics, operations in a hostile environment, and so on. The experience of a lifetime!
